The interactive designer will work closely with the art director and project managers in designing and developing attractive, engaging, usable web and multimedia platforms for a diverse range of local and international clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task on multiple projects at the same time. Responsibilities include:
- Creating attractive, engaging, usable websites interfaces
- Developing interactive prototypes, site maps and workflow documentation
- Designing flash and HTML banners that make users want to click and convert into an action
- Applying semantic, accessible, standards compliant xhtml/css to the highest degree
- Designing attractive multimedia presentations for both online, multimedia and live viewing
- Designing clean, usable user interfaces for web applications and software
Requirements:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash
- Excellent understanding of web standards, usability, and accessibility
- Proficient in applying standards compliant xhtml and css to website designs
- Excellent command in English. (Speaking, reading and writing)
- 1+ years of experience with a solid online design portfolio
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with JavaScript, AJAX
- Content management technologies
- Knowledge of Adobe After Affects

The Project Manager is a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated commitment to client service. This client-facing position acts as the hub within our firm and is responsible for the dynamic balance between creative vision, project parameters and client requests to ensure the consistent delivery of our work on target, on time and on budget. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring fundamental project management processes
- Coordinating and overseeing project workflows from conception to completion
- Implement workflow process and standards with the creative/development team and ensure their enforcement throughout the firm
- Document project specifications and project briefs
- Serve as key liaison between clients, firm management, in-house and outsourced design and development teams
- Consistently communicate status and progress of all projects via meeting reports and updates
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in project/production management within a web development/creative/advertising/technology agency environment
- Proven success in handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, verbal communication and written communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) is a must
- Ability to care for and manage relationships across multiple clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Visio or comparable tools
- Proficient with website design and development workflow processes
- Understanding of Internet best practices, design and user experience

The ideal candidate will work with our team of designers and project managers and coordinate efforts with outsourced programmers in developing and deploying dynamic websites and applications for a diverse range of clients. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for assessing ideal technical requirements based upon the specific needs of the client.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in developing successful web applications using technologies such as PHP, ASP.net, Java/JSP, Ruby on Rails, Python
- Recent experience with Web 2.0 interface technologies, namely AJAX
- Experience in designing, installing and maintaining a large scale database environment for web-based applications
- Complete competency with HTML, CSS and Javascript
- Experience in managing a team of programmers to ensure that project parameters are met and deliverable on time and within budget
- Good knowledge of user interface and usability design concepts
- Experience with XML
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
Desired Skills:
- Some knowledge of creative design concepts and workflow
- Some experience with search engine optimization
